The Emotional Support & Empowerment Series are group sessions offered three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.   During these sessions, individuals will have the opportunity to receive education, training, and support on topics such as; identify and reflect on their own emotional and behavioral problems, building healthy relationships, learning effective communication, learning mindfulness techniques, among many available topics.  With the support of a group facilitator, participants will learn how to build skills, improve their emotional state of mind, through engaging and participating in group discussion
