Hope’s Crossing is partnering with the City of Phoenix and the U.S. Census for the My Life Counts – Census 2020 Completion Initiative.
If you live within the boundaries of Thomas Road, West to 43rd Avenue, North to Glendale, East to 7th Street, and South to Thomas Rd., of District 4 and District 5 in Phoenix, contact us. Hope’s Crossing will help you fill out your form and make sure it is turned in to Census 2020. Contact us by clicking the “contact us button” below and we will help you fill out the forms and turn it in for you. As a thank you for your participation, you will receive a $10.00 Gift Card from Hope’s Crossing!
Why Do You Count?
Why do you count? The census provides critical data that lawmakers, business owners, teachers, and many others use to provide daily services, products, and support for you and your community.
Every year, billions of dollars in federal funding go to hospitals, fire departments, schools, roads, and other resources based on census data.
If you live within the boundaries of Thomas Road, West to 43rd Avenue, North to Glendale, East to 7th Street, and South to Thomas Rd. of District 4 and District 5, and have not completed the Census 2020 survey, contact us to get assistance because we need your count.
