“When families are strong, communities thrive” is Cathy Brown’s motto. Her passion to improve the health and welfare of women and children is a common theme throughout her professional career.
From Peace Corps volunteer to community partnership manager to regional director for the Gila River Indian Community, Brown’s focus is to build community capacity and sustainability around health and education.
Mentorship is very important to Brown who actively encourages and supports individuals to become Gila River Tribal Council leaders. With her passion for supporting women, Brown is committed to boards that bring tremendous change to the communities she serves.
