Our Fundamentals of Freedom sessions consist of a series of 2-hour workshops that are designed to help you break free from the negative thinking, habits, behaviors, belief systems and attitudes that keep you from living a happy, healthy and productive life. This series will provide the clarity to help you understand why you do what you do as well as the skills you’ll practice each day to make a deep and lasting change. Our interactive workshops, led by industry professionals and trained volunteers, provide a safe and supportive environment where you will get the insight, accountability, and tools you need to rebuild your life from the inside out.
Sessions are held Saturdays at Hope’s Crossing and cover life-changing topics such as Rebuilding Self-Esteem, Defining Self-Discipline, Adapting to New Challenges, Assessing Values & Choices, Building Relationships, Valuing Support Systems and Setting Goals.
